• BOOKING RESERVATION

All bookings reservations require 30% deposit, the remaining balance is due and must be paid 6 days prior to booking date. Any unpaid balance past due date might result in he cancellation of your booking with no refund. Full Pre-payment is required for any bookings reservations within 7 days booking date. Note: Advance booking is strongly recommended to ensure your preferred date and time is available. 

• ONLINE BOOKING

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the appointment you book online for the services choices. If you are in doubt of which service you should choose, please contact us directly for assistance. There are also some services that require special attention when scheduling and therefore cannot be booked online (Multiple Treatments, Spa Parties and Events). 

• CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to booking date for a full deposit refund, minus any service charge fee. After that, cancel up to 7 days prior to booking date for 50% deposit refund minus any service charge fee. For any reason, any cancellations within 6 days of booking date are non refundable. 

• SPA ARRIVAL TO YOUR DESTINATION

Our Spa Team will arrive at your destination 10-15 Minutes Prior booking time to Set UP. We Kindly asked to have a designated Spa Treatments Area ready for our Team to Set Up their equipment and Start your Pampering in a timely matter.

• SET UP

The Desert weather may not allow for an outdoors Set UP, please be mindful of this, we love setting up outdoors when weather permits and is safe. Outdoors Set UP will not be granted if weather condition is HOT, COLD OR WINDY. To keep up with  time allotted for your Event  Only one Set Up designated area/room is permitted. Our Team won't be able to move Set up once is established and set as this can take time away from your Treatment. Staying on schedule will allow our Team to arrive on time to next Clients destination.  Note: GEL NAILS ARE ONLY PERFORMED INDOORS REGARDLESS WEATHER CONDITION. Gel can not be expose to any outdoor temperature.

PAYMENT TYPES: We accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Discover, JCB, Union pay international logo and Mobile Wallets Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.  If you prefer in a form of Cash, we accept Venmo, Zelle and Pay Pal. 

MINORS SPA TREATMENTS: We love pampering the little ones, if you book a Treatment for anyone under 15 Years Old, we ask to please be present during Treatment.

HEALTH CONDITIONS: Please advice us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your Spa Treatment when making your Reservation. Beauty & Spa On The Go is held harmless for any information not provided to us in advance or at the time of service. 

CLEANLINESS: In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every Treatment and Service.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Beauty & Spa On The Go gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates should be used within 12 Months of purchase or as noted on the "please use by" date. Gift Certificates must not be used to purchase products or to be exchange for other gift certificates or cash. Beauty & Spa On The Go is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Certificates must be used in their entirety in a single reservation and can't not be combined with any other special.

PRICES/RATES: Prices and rates for our Spa Treatments are subject to change on our Website and Menus without advance notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Beauty & Spa On The Go reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and its sole discretion.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Beauty & Spa On The Go reserves the right to refuse service to any Client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a Spa Treatment will result in immediate termination of the Service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct. 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations with any of our Spa Treatments Services, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.
