Booking & Payment Policy:

To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience we require the following payment terms for all bookings:

Bookings within 14 days of your spa day: Full payment is require at the time of booking to secure your date. Bookings made more than 14 days in advance: 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 70% balance is due 8 days prior to your spa day.

Failure to complete payment on time, may result in cancellation of your booking.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us a soon as possible to explore available options.

When booking a service with Beauty & Spa On The Go, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card. This hold ensures that the funds are available for your appointment. Your card will only be charged once your appointment is confirmed. If we are unable to accommodate your requested date and time, we will offer alternative availability. If the alternatives do not work for you, the hold will be released, and no charges will be made. Please note that processing times for fund release may vary depending on your bank.

 

Special Care Appointments Policy:

At Beauty & Spa On The Go, we specialize in creating luxury spa experiences for special events like bachelorette parties, birthdays, and vacation getaways. However, we are also honored to serve our local community includingย thoseย who may be homebound, recovering from surgery, in rehabilitation, or require extra care due toย mobility challengesย or health conditions.
Appointments for elderly clients, those recently discharged from the hospital, or individuals receiving care at home, in rehabilitation centers, or assisted living facilities are considered Special Care Appointments.
These services often require additional time, attention, and flexibility from our spa professionals due to mobility concerns, setup adjustments, and the overall pace of care. For this reason, a higher service rate will apply to reflect the extra care and time required.
We are happy to provide these services when possible, and we kindly ask that the person booking the appointment:
โ€ข Informs us in advance if the client has any physical limitations or is in recovery.
โ€ข Understands and agrees to the special care pricing before we confirm the appointment.
โ€ข Provides a safe, clean, and accessible space for our spa professional to set up and perform the service.

Nail Design Policy:

At Beauty & Spa On The Go, we do not specialize in advanced or trending nail art. However, we are happy to accommodate simple nail designs upon special request.
If you are interested in adding a design to your manicure or pedicure, please inform us in advance at the time of booking, so we can prepare accordingly and assign the appropriate technician.
Please note:
โ€ข Simple designs may include small accents such as a minimal pattern, dotting, or a design on one or two nails.
โ€ข Extensive or intricate designs (including full-hand artwork or detailed patterns) are not available.
โ€ข Design pricing varies based on complexity and the number of nails involved, and will be quoted before the appointment.
โ€ข All designs are subject to technician availability and approval.
We aim to provide a clean, elegant finish while keeping the client experience smooth, timely, and enjoyable. Thank you for understanding our service limitations and for allowing us to personalize your spa experience.ย 

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plan change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our Mobile Spa Services, cancellations and rescheduling requests must adhere to the following policy:

Cancel up to 14 days prior to your booking date: Receive full refund of your deposit. Cancel between 13 and 8 days prior to your booking date: Receive 50% refund of your deposit. Cancel within 7 days of your booking date: No refunds will be issued.

Please note: if full payment has already been made and a cancellation falls within the refundable window, only the deposit portion will be subject to the refund terms above.

Special Events, Corporations, VIP Bookings, Special Requests, cancellations policies may vary. Some events require special accommodations, including additional equipment, customized treatments or exclusive set ups. In this cases, deposits and payments may be non refundable or subject to different cancellation terms. Clients will be informed of any special terms at the time of booking.

 

Rescheduling Policy For Ongoing Clients:

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 days (48) hours prior to your appointment to avoid any rescheduling fees. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee or require a new booking, based on availability. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via email to ensure timely processing.

 

Gratuity Policy:

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the full amount of the invoice including all services, travel fees and any additional charges. Additional gratuity is not expected but always appreciated. If you wish to add extra gratuity for your exceptional experience, you may do so directly with your spa provider the day of your appointment. We appreciate your generosity and support of our talented spa professionals!

 

Travel & Set Up Policy:

Our luxury mobile spa experience is designed to bring relaxation to our clients chosen location. To ensure a smooth set up and high-quality service, a travel & set up fee may apply based on your location and the number of spa providers required for your booking.

- Private Homes, Vacation Homes (Airbnb) within the Coachella Valley, this fee may be waived based on the location.

- Hotels & Resorts, Special Venues: All bookings at hotels, resort properties or special venues will always incur a travel and set up fee due to additional set up logistics and property regulations. Parking arrangements is required to be made by the Client.

- Locations outside of the Coachella Valley/Palm Springs: Any bookings beyond Palm Springs/Coachella Valley will always incur a travel & set up fee, which will be determined based on the distance and the number of spa providers required for your event.

The exact fee will be provided once we collect all information to determinate the fee amount.

Spa Services Set Up & Weather Considerations:

At Beauty & Spa On The Go, we strive to create a luxurious and seamless spa experience, whether indoors or outdoors. However weather conditions play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible service and results.

If Services are requested outdoors, poolside, please note the following:

Temperature matters: Heat or Cold, can impact both the client comfort and the effectiveness of all spa treatments.

Wind conditions: Strong winds can interfere with set up, product application and relaxation, making it difficult to maintain the high-quality experience we provide.

Shaded & Stable Set Up: For all nail services, direct sunlight and fluctuating temperatures can affect the polish application and drying process. We require a shaded, stable area to ensure best results. Note: Gel Polish applications are required to apply indoors regardless of weather conditions.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

At Beauty & Spa On The Go, we value punctuality to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all our clients. Our Spa Team will arrive 10-15 Minutes prior to your scheduled time to set up and ensure everything is ready for your treatments to begin on time.

To respect all scheduled bookings:

- Treatments will start as scheduled to ensure we can accommodate all bookings for the day.

- If a guest is late, our Spa Team will wait up to 10 Minutes without affecting the treatment time. More than 10 Minutes wait, the treatment time will be shortened to end a the originally scheduled time, ensuring that our next appointments remain on track.

Minimum Service Requirement Policy:

At Beauty & Spa On The Go, we require a minimum of two full
treatments per booking for the following spa services:
โ€ข Nail treatments
โ€ข Skincare treatments
โ€ข 30-minute treatments
NOTE: 15-minute add-on treatments do not count as a second
treatment.
This policy ensures that we provide the best mobile spa experience
while maintaining efficiency and quality

 

Bookingย  &ย  Waiver Policy:

Thank you for choosing Beauty & Spa On The Go! To ensure a safe, relaxing, and seamless experience for all guests, we have established the following booking policy:ย 

  1. Waiver Requirement
  • All clients receiving any service must complete and sign a waiver or intake form prior to their service.
  • This policy applies to individual appointments and group bookings.
  • For groups, each guest is required to complete their own waiver to ensure they understand the scope of services, provide necessary health information, and acknowledge the release of liability.
  1. Purpose of the Waiver
  • The waiver ensures that our licensed and insured professionals can provide a safe, customized, and relaxing experience.
  • It protects both the guest and Beauty & Spa On The Go by documenting consent and understanding of the services provided.
  1. Timing
  • Waivers can be completed digitally in advance or on-site at the time of service.
  • Services will not begin until a signed waiver is received for every participant.
  1. Group Bookings
  • For group events, the host will be provided with individual waivers for each guest.
  • Guests should complete their waiver before their service begins to ensure timely setup and scheduling.
  1. Acknowledgment
  • By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you and/or your guests agree to complete the required waiver(s) before services commence.

After- Hours Service Policy:ย 

Our regular hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The latest appointment time we can accommodate begins at 5:00 p.m.

Any service requests scheduled before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. are considered outside of our regular business hours and will incur an additional fee of $50 per provider.

This fee applies to the total duration of the service requested outside of normal operating hours. All after-hours appointments must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.
